If something should happen that makes you feel different, we want to know about it  so we can improve our service. We understand that you, like ourselves, want to feel taken care of. Accordingly, please read and familiarize yourself with our refund and return policy procedures.

Refund Policy. You may return products purchased from CamaroElectronics for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. We will refund the original purchase price of the returned product and any related sales tax. Shipping and Handling Fees (including related sales taxes) are not refundable. If you received free shipping or were charged less than our cost of shipping, we reserve the right to charge you for our incurred shipping costs. You are responsible for the returned product, including all shipping costs, until we receive the product, whether or not the product is under warranty. You may be charged restocking fees for any product returned for refund. Products returned for refund must be in exactly the same condition as you received them. EFILive cables that have been locked to a vehicle may not be returned for a refund. This refund policy is not a warranty. Allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to 5 additional business days to process your refund.

Repair Policy: We do not repair the items we sell, please contact the manufacturer if you believe your products need repair. You may contact us for problems with EFILive products and we will do our best to take care of any problems you might have.

Procedures for Returns. The procedures set forth herein must be followed when returning products for repair or refund. By failing to comply with these procedures, you forfeit the rights provided under our refund and repair policies.

  1. Obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service requesting one either by email  or by phone (310-919-0999).

  2. Place the item for return in the box in which it came or in another suitable box. Product lost or damaged in transit will not be accepted for refund and may cause additional repair fees.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box in a clear and conspicuous manner. We may refuse delivery if your RMA Number is not clearly written on the outside of the box.
  4. If your package is not received within 10 business days of the assignment of your RMA, we reserve the right to cancel further processing of your return.

We recommend insuring all returned packages as we will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit. Whether you are returning the product for repair or refund, you are responsible for all shipping charges in returning your product even if the product is under warranty.
